do you have plans for a wind generator tower?

For one that would be truly worth while, no, you do not. You might want something that looks similar, but it needs to be able to with stand all of the forces that it will have to deal with, and not fall over on you, or your house. One place to look would be Mother Earth News since they have done a lot of research with wind generators. Try doing an online search for yourself and see what you come up with.

build one with a newer design that is sturdy, and then cover and paint it to look old and rustic, if you would like designs for how to look e-mail me I will gladly help you make a design, I am planning on build a power station this summer.
